We currently service from Salt Lake County to Washington County, Utah.

All rentals include:

• Coverage for normal wear and tear.

• Basic maintenance (e.g., if the washer stops working from a mechanical issue, you’ll repair or swap it within a reasonable time).

For normal rentals, customer are liable for:

• Accidental damage (dropping something heavy on the glass lid, kids prying knobs off, overloading and damaging the drum).

• Neglect (never cleaning the lint trap, letting hoses leak, pest infestation).

• Misuse (using the wrong power supply, connecting improperly, etc.).

• Cosmetic damage beyond normal use.

What's included with the protection plan:

• Accidental damage forgiveness up to $300.

• Free replacement of minor parts (knobs, handles, shelves).

• One free deep clean per year

What’s still excluded:

• Gross negligence (e.g., letting children climb inside).

• Unauthorized repairs by other contractors.

• Permanent cosmetic damage (e.g., graffiti).

• Damage from moving the appliance without permission.

Our Standard Package requires a 6-month minimum contract. After the minimum period, all plans convert to month-to-month agreements with no penalties for returning. Units returned before the 6 month term will incur a $60 fee.

Yes, you can upgrade to a different package at any time. We'll simply swap out your current appliances for the upgraded models and adjust your monthly payment accordingly.

Yes, we partner with local Natural Gas Technicians to handle the install of your gas dryer. Due to the added expense of licensing and servicing for gas dryers, a washer+dryer bundle that includes a gas dryer is $85/month or the dryer is $60/month alone with a minimum term of 12 months.
